TORONTO (CelebrityAccess) — Anthem Entertainment, the independent Canadian music publisher, announced the acquisition of a catalog of music rights from Juno and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Chantal Kreviazuk.
The catalog includes material recorded by Kreviazuk, such as “Boot”, “In This Life”, “Time”, “Weight Of The World” and “Get To You” as well as hits recorded by other artists, including “Feel This Moment” by Pitbull featuring Christina Aguilera and Rich Girl” by Gwen Stefani.
Other songs include hits made famous by artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Drake, Avril Lavigne, Pitbull, Shakira, Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood, and more.
“Chantal Kreviazuk is one of the most prolific and successful Canadian songwriters recognized today on the international stage,” said Anthem Entertainment CEO, Jason Klein. “Her extraordinary songs have not only achieved outstanding commercial success but have meaningfully influenced popular culture with a significant impact across music, film, and philanthropy, and are a prized addition to our catalog. We look forward to a great partnership with Chantal.”

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
