LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — ASM Global Acts, the corporate social responsibility platform of the venue management giant ASM Global, announced it has partnered with r.World to introduce reusable serviceware at its portfolio of managed North American venues.
Under the terms of the agreement, ASM Global will begin using reusable productions at the the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center and select hospitality locations at the upcoming Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach before rolling out r.World’s products in its other venues in North America.
Ending the use of single-use plastics in front-of-house operations is part of the sustainability goals ASM Global announced in 2023.
