HoB Partners With Florida Clubs

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — House of Blues announced this week that it has partnered with two Florida nightclubs to book all entertainment at the venues effective immediately.

House of Blues has begun working with Revolution in Fort Lauderdale and Masquerade in Tampa to help position them as premiere live music destinations in their respective areas.

“We are extremely excited and privileged to be combining our talents and bringing quality live entertainment to these two Florida clubs.” Said Jim Mallonee, VP of HoB Concerts in a statement. “We are looking forward to bringing the same type of success that we have had with House of Blues Orlando, to both Revolution and Masquerade.”

Revolution, owned by World Entertainment Partners and operated by Project X Management, is located in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale’s arts and entertainment district. The venue has hosted concerts and entertainment since the 1970’s, but recently underwent a $1 million renovation to create a 1,100-capacity indoor space and a 2,000-capacity outdoor stage. The facility has recently hosted shows including The Black Crowes, Interpol and Social Distortion.

The Masquerade is located in the history “Ybor City” district of Tampa, Florida, and co owned by Ybor City Masquerade Inc. and Worldwide Entertainment/Jack Utsick Presents. The 1,250-capacity venue was originally built in the 1800s, and has been a landmark in the city as well as the concert touring industry. It has recently hosted by Sevendust, Common, Café Tacuba, and Slayer. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
