LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Premier Aviation (UK) Ltd, the music-industry focused air charter company has been acquired by international aviation and travel services group Hunt&Palmer PLC.
Since 1995, Premier charter aircraft have carred numerous touring artists, including AC/DC; Sting; Eric Clapton; Bruce Springsteen and Roger Waters.
Premier founder Adrian Whitmarsh will remain a director at the company following the acquisition.
