NOTTINGHAM, UK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — American singer Kid Rock was rushed to the hospital shortly before he was slated to take to the main stage at the Download Festival in Donnington Park, UK.
In a statement, Festival organizers said: "We've had the curse of Download. Kid Rock is not very well, we've had to rush him to hospital in Nottingham. He apologises to his fans."
Fortunately, Judas Priest and Disturbed were willing to take up the slack left in the lineup by extending their sets.
