DUNDAS, Ontario (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Neil Young & Crazy Horse have been added to the lineup of the 2013 Greenbelt Harvest Picnic festival as a part of Young's Alchemy Tour, marking their only date in southern Ontario for the tour.
Set for August 31st at the Christie Lake Conservation Area in Dundas, Ontario, other artists on the bill include Daniel Lanois, Emmylou Harris, Whitehorse, Trixie Whitley, and Rocco DeLuca with more artists TBA.
Other attractions at the fest this year include, a farmer's market; an art market; horticulture workshops; fishing with a lake stocked especially for the festival, a swimming area, outdoor activities, including disc golf, hiking, canoeing as well as a picnic area.
Greenbelt Harvest Picnic Founder, Jean-Paul Gauthier, stated, “It is a great honor to have Neil Young & Crazy Horse join us for what will be an historic event for this region”. Gauthier added, “Fans can expect high quality sound, food and art in the most beautiful and intimate outdoor venue around.”
