VANCOUVER, BC (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A Vancouver man has filed a lawsuit against Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, alleging that Kroeger punched him in the mouth outside of a nightclub in 2007.
According to an article by Canwest, Noah Christian Morse, a furniture salesman, claims that Kroeger assaulted him outside of Vancouver's Roxy Nightclub and claims that as a result of the assault, he was rendered unconscious and suffered a concussion or brain injury. Morse also claims that he suffered numerous dental injuries that resulted in dislodged and discolored front teeth.
Morse also claims through the lawsuit that suffered cuts to his face and lips, permanent scarring of his face, sleeplessness, headaches, anxiety, moodiness and loss of concentration. He is seeking damages to cover the past lost income future loss of income and medical expenses, including the cost of medication.future loss of income and medical expenses, including the cost of medication along with punitive and special damages.
