LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) AEG Facilities has been selected to operate the Louisville Urban League Sports and Learning Complex, which is set to open in Kentucky in 2021.
The sports and learning facility will be located on 24 acres and will be anchored by a 4,000-seat indoor track and field facility currently under construction. The complex will host track clubs, school meets, NCAA and USA Track and Field Championships as well as various entertainment events.
AEG will be responsible for all aspects of the facility’s operations starting with directing all pre-opening functions including the hiring and training of the venue’s staff and managing the opening activities. It will also be responsible for event operations, sponsorship and premium seating sales, booking, security, ticketing, guest services, finance, human resources and overall event management.
