BRISTOL VA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The rock band Def Leppard has been forced to postpone a string of dates following the passing of the band's front man Joe Elliot's father.
Def Leppard has been on the road this summer touring with the band Heart.
In a statement posted on the band's website, guitarist Phil Collen wrote "Sending my condolences to Joe and his mum over the sad loss of his dad Joe, Sr. I have great memories of Joe's dad and we're all here to support Joe through a rough time. Thank you everyone for your thoughts for his family."

Jul. 15 – Tinley Park, IL – First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre (Now July 28th)
