A lawsuit to stop the construction of a 20,000-seat, $30 million amphitheater by the Muckleshoot Tribe has been filed by Citizens for Safety and Environment, reports the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce.
The suit alleges that the state violated environmental laws by approving access from the amphitheater to two-lane State Route 164.
The Clear Channel Entertainment-operated venues is scheduled to open in June.
