(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Lisa Tincher and James R. Rhodes have been named Security Managers for Palace Sports and Entertainment, according to Chip Robinson, Director of Event Services for PS&E.
Tincher and Rhodes will be responsible for facility and crowd control operations, hiring, training and evaluation of staff and coordination, and implementation of security operations for events at The Palace, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival.
Tincher joined PS&E in 2001 as a Crowd Control Supervisor where she was responsible for supervising security staff while assisting the Director of Security in training.
She also enjoyed a stint as an Account Manager for Guardian Alarm in Southfield, Michigan where she was responsible for organizing security needs for clients and hiring and training of employees.
Rhodes joined PS&E in 2004 as a Facility Patrol Lead Officer where he was responsible for overseeing the security operations of the midnight shift while reporting and maintaining communication with the Director and Assistant Director of Security.
Prior to his hire at PS&E, Rhodes was a security guard at Joseph A. Young & Associates in Mason, Michigan where he carried out security functions while working in various Lansing facilities. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
