ANTWERP (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The newly-constructed Lotto Arena is set to open on March 10. The inaugural event will feature performances by John Miles & Band, Chico & The Gypsies, Belle Perez, Gene Thomas, Stan Van Samang, the Ketnet Band and the young guitar virtuoso Tuur Segers.
The arena can accommodate 7,500 visitors and is located adjacent to the existing venerable Sportpaleis which can handle up to 21,000 people, ideal for larger shows.
The Lotto provides a full-time home for the Antwerp Giants, a Belgian League basketball team. Other events scheduled for the Lotto include Deep Purple, Kate Ryan Alive, Natalia and the Harlem Globetrotters. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
