BOWMAN S.C. (CelebrityAccess) — Yonder Field, a new 30,000-capacity shed that promises to "merge amphitheater programming with the festival experience" is expected to open for business in rural South Carolina this May.
According to the Charleston City Paper, the new venue, located in the town of Bowman, will encompass more than 200 acres and two stages, with parking for approximately 15,000 vehicles.
The venue also has some VIP facilities, including two air-conditioned luxury cabins for 20-25 guests per cabin that include rooftop decks with a view of the stage. As well, the facility has a food-truck village that can hold eight trucks, plus a large beer-and-wine pavilion and room for 20 food vendors, the City Paper said.
The Charleston company that owns Yonder Field said up to 15 concerts will be held there annually with a focus on country music.
"Because of the specific location, we're able to actually have a market of about 5 million people within a two-hour drive." Yonder Field Vice President and General Manager Stacie White told local NBC affiliate WYFF. – Staff Writers
