LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs will avoid being charged with a felony after allegedly attacking one of his son's football coaches at UCLA with a kettlebell weight.
According to TMZ, after a day in court, the Los Angeles County District Attorney declined pursue a case against Combs. Combs had previously been charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one count of battery stemming from the alleged altercation.
TMZ reported that the case has now been referred to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, which may choose to puruse misdemeanor charges in the case. – Staff Writers
