NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Veteran facilities manager Rich Claffey has been named as the new General Manager of New York's iconic Madison Square Garden.
Claffey's new portfolio will include oversight and planning of building operations, event production, event operations, food and merch operations, construction and ticketing. He will report to Hank Abate, executive vice president of Venue Management.
Claffey is no stranger to the market and until November, 2015, served as longtime General Manager of MSG's Radio City Music Hall and has been with the company for more than three decades.
