Billions Merges With Constant


LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Billions Corporation and Constant Artists Touring have announced that they have merged and will begin new operations with offices in Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles.

Chicago-based Billions is in its twenty-third year of operation and now houses a total of ten agents. In addition to those working out of its primary offices, the company has agents located in satellite officess in Toronto ON, Portland OR and Bloomington IN. Among the list of exclusive clients they rep are The Arcade Fire, Death Cab For Cutie, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Sufjan Stevens, Vampire Weekend, Bon Iver, Neko Case, Silversun Pickups, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Fleet Foxes and The Swell Season.

Constant Artists Touring, launched in 2007 is a more recent addition to the scene. Helmed by veteran agent and manager Ben Dickey, the agency's roster includes includes Explosions in the Sky, Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears, Okkervil River and Suckers.

The merger will be effective almost immediately with Dickey beginning work under the Billions banner on Monday, September 13. A portion of the existing Constant Artists office in the Wiltern Theatre building will become the new Los Angeles office of The Billions Corporation.
