VERACRUZ, Mexico (CelebrityAccess) — Another attack on a gay club, this time in the Mexican Gulf state of Veracruz, left five people dead and seven injured.
According to the Latin American Herald, the attack on Madame Club in Xalapa, the state capital, started on Sunday night when gunmen killed three men inside the venue and two others outside.
Paramedics treated seven other people, including a minor who was shot, and then transported them to hospitals around the city, the Herald said.
State police established a cordon around the city in an attempt to capture the gunmen, but no arrests have been made. – Staff Writers
