The Foos Play A Secret Gig

LYONS, Colorado (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A Colorado couple and 50 of their friends were treated to a private concert by indie rockers The Foo Fighters.

According to the Longmont Times-Call, Gayle Gordon and Ken Feldman won the private gig through Blackberry's Garage Tour Concert. Although the concert was supposed to be actually staged in the winner's garage, the band's tour manager had doubts that the band's gear truck would make the climb to the couple's mountain home and moved the show to Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in Lyons.

The couple was allowed to invite 50 friends, but was required to keep the details of the concert mum, telling most of their guests only to reserve the day off from work and when to make the scene.

The couple won the gig after they entered a contest held by 93.3 KTCL, a Denver radio station. Contestants were asked to explain in writing why the band should play for them.
