LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) –ICM’ Partners’ Chief Operating Officer John Dearborn and Cindy Ballard, the agency’s chief human resources officer, both announced they are exiting the agency.

“At the end of this past week, Justin Dearborn and Cindy Ballard informed us of their desire to depart the agency. They have agreed to stay with us through the end of the year to help with a smooth transition. We appreciate the significant contributions they both made to the agency and wish them the very best going forward,” ICM Partners said in a statement confirming the two executives’ exit.

According to Variety, which first reported pair’s resignations, Dearborn spent just seven months at ICM after joining the agency from Tribune Publishing.

During his tenure at Tribune, the organization faced several high profile sexual harassment scandals related to the Tribune’s former chairman Michael Ferro. Dearborn resigned from Tribune (then known as Tronc) in January.

Ballard, who joined the agency in March 2018, is also a Tribune alumnus, previously serving as the head of HR for the publisher, and stepped into the role vacated by ICM’s former head of HR, Karen Abrams, who retired in 2017.

As of yet, no announcement has been made about successors for Dearborn or Ballard.
