Kanye Postpones Shows Following Robbery

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Following the news of the alleged armed robbery of his wife Kim Kardashian, Kanye West has postponed a handful of dates on his Saint Pablo Tour.

As previously reported in CelebrityAccess, West abruptly ended his set at the Meadows Music & Arts Festival in New York on Sunday night when he learned of the robbery. Now he has postponed shows in Philadelphia (Oct. 4) and Detroit (Oct. 6th.)

Promoter Live Nation said in a statement Monday night, "Due to family concerns, this week’s Philadelphia and Detroit dates on the Saint Pablo tour have been rescheduled."

Rescheduled dates have already been announced, with Kanye scheduled to play at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Arena on Dec. 13 and the Palace at Auburn Hills in Detroit on Dec. 22.

Kardashian was reportedly robbed in a Paris penthouse apartment on Sunday by a group of men dressed as police. The men bound her and locked her in a bathroom while they stole millions of dollars in jewels, according to news reports.

Since the robbery, the Kardashians and West have been silent on social media. – Staff Writers
