(CelebrityAccess News Service) – The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominating committee apparently needs some additional help from its voters. CelebrityAccess has learned that with 13 of the 15 positions on the final ballot set, there are four artists who are in a runoff for the last two spots: 5 Royales, Wanda Jackson, Sex Pistols and ZZ Top.
