(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Chrysalis Group has entered into a joint venture agreement with A Fein Martini, the New York City-based management company for groups such as My Morning Jacket and Good Charlotte.
The merger provides the companies with greater presence in New York City as well as Los Angeles and London, while putting Chrysalis founder Chris Wright back into artist management. He got into the music business through management in the 1960s.
The partnership between the two companies will not mean that artists on the Chrysalis label will be managed by A Fein Martini, nor does it mean that the management company’s artists need to join Chrysalis labels. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
