In a move to more closely integrate their clubs and concert businesses, House of Blues' Jay Marciano has stepped down as president of its Concerts subsidiary. With this reorganization, the concert team will be led by Alex Hodges, executive VP of Concerts; Adam Friedman, executive VP of Concerts; and John Van Zeebroeck,
senior VP of Concerts. All will report directly to Greg Trojan, president and
CEO of House of Blues.
"I have enjoyed over 18 great years with the company and am very proud of
our accomplishments, but feel the time is right for me to pursue other
opportunities," said Marciano. "I wish my friends at House of Blues continued success."
"Jay has been an integral part of taking a
small concert business in the 1980's, and building it into one of today's
industry leaders," said Trojan. "We wish him the very best as he pursues the next chapter
in his music career. "
