LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — Former Radio 1 disc jockey Dave Lee Travis has been hit with a fresh count of indecent assault under Operation Yewtree.
According to the BBC, the 68-year-old radio personality has been charged with assaulting a woman over the age of 16 in 1995.
Travis had been previously cleared of 12 counts of indecent assault in February. A retrial on two additional charges is still pending.
"It's been a bit of a nightmare," Travis told the BBC when he learned of the additional charge. "And the only thing I want to say is this: The nightmare is continuing."
Travis is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 24 April.
