NORFOLK VA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The former manager of the rap duo of Clipse has been sentanced to 32 years for his connection to a multi-million dollar drug operation.
A federal jury found Anthony 'Geezy' Gonzalez guily of running a ring that over a six year period smuggled 45 kilograms of cocaine, hunreds of pounds of heroin and more than a ton of marijauan through Virginia while assuming various roles in the entertainment world as a means of disguising the illicit proceeds of more than 20 million dollars
For his complicity, Gonzalez was hit with 82 different charges in his connection with the case. His sentance of 32 years could have been much more and the judge was lenient in light of his cooperation and lack of a significant prior criminal history.
