NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Harry Fox Agency has signed a deal with DIY music publishing service Songtrust to provide back-office support for the collection and distribution of royalties.
The deal will also provide Songtrust members with access to HFA's song database, allowing expanded opportunities for for licensing and monetization through channels such as downloads, on-demand streams and ringtones.
The two companies will also partner to create a series of educational programs aimed at DIY songwriters/publishers who want to learn more about the inner-workings of music publishing, and copyright management.
