Trevanna Entertainment Launches With Record-Breaking Show

(CelebrityAccess News Service) — Carl Freed got his new Trevanna Entertainment company off with a bang,
producing the highest grossing, largest one-day attendance for a hip-hop
show.

Summer Jam X, headlined by Eminem on June 3 at Giants Stadium, grossed
$3,265.585, and drew a capacity crowd of 52,955 — in the rain no less.
Other featured acts were 50 Cent, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Jean Paul, Nelly,
Li'l Kim, Clipse and Fabolous. The show was in association with Emmis
Radio Corp.

"At Metropolitan Entertainment Group I produced nine Summer Jams with
Emmis and thrilled I was able to bring Summer Jam X to is fruition,"
Freed told CelebrityAccess.

In an unprecedented twist of production negotiations, Freed was able to
convince Clear Channel Entertainment to share their June 1 Zootopia
production (also staged at Giants Stadium) with Trevanna for Summer Jam
10. And now, Freed and CCE are sharing their stage with Field Day
co-producers Andrew Dreskin and AEG for their relocated show at the
stadium on June 7.

Later this summer, Freed's company, in association with 2 Generations
Management, is producing a unique, innovative tour of 20 elite summer
camps in the northeast, July and August. Acts are tba.

Already on Trevanna's books for next year is Summer Jam XI and a folk
festival, both at Giants Stadium. – By Bob Grossweiner and Jane Cohen
