DUBLIN (CelebrityAccess) Glass Animals has postponed its upcoming shows because drummer Joe Seaward has been hit by a truck.
The band had tour dates, some with Beck, but Seaward was apparently in an accident in Dublin July 2 while riding his bike. The band’s upcoming shows were canceled July 10 without explanation. Frontman Dave Bayley said today that Seaward broke his leg in the accident and was “tangled in the truck’s trailer where his skull suffered a complex fracture.”
Seaward has since had two “long operations” but is on a “long, difficult and winding road” to recovery.
