LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) The recent KNOW 2019 conference in Las Vegas included the introduction of new facial recognition software by Blink Identity.
The Texas-based biometrics company has $1.5 million in seed money from Live Nation and its technology has been used in early pilot programs but its first public display was at the international identity tech conference, which took place March 24-27, according to IQ. Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino has said that Blink’s technology could be used to “associate your digital ticket with your image.”

“This was our first public demo and people were blown away at the simplicity of our solution,” a Blink representative reportedly said.
Blink’s access-control solution identifies people at full walking speed and can help control access to live entertainment, the company said.
