NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess) – A rare 1969 session by Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash is set to be released later this year as part of Dylan’s famed ‘Bootleg Sessions’ series.

The 15th installment of the series – officially titled Travelin’ Thru, 1967 – 1969: The Bootleg Series Vol. 15 – is due out on November 1 via Columbia/Legacy Records. The release, which catalogs Dylan’s two years spent in Nashville, is set to feature 47 previously unheard recordings, including those from the studio sessions with Cash.

Alongside the announcement, Dylan has shared two previews of the new release: “I Pity the Poor Immigrant (Take 4)” and “Tell Me That It Isn’t True (Take 2),” which you can check out below.
