NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Kirk M. Sommer, Senior Partner and Global Co-Head of Music at WME, is dedicating his time to support MusiCares, a charity that provides critical assistance to music professionals during medical emergencies.
Sommer, who has played a key role in building and expanding WME’s music division over the past two decades, is auctioning45 minutes of facetime with him on the charity platform CharityBuzz.
Proceeds from the auction will support MusiCares’ mission of delivering preventive, emergency, and recovery programs to the music community.
The meeting, scheduled to occur between January 6 and June 30, 2025, will be arranged based on mutual availability and offers the winning bidder a rare opportunity to connect with one of the industry’s leading agents.
A seasoned entertainment professional, Sommer started booking shows while attending NYU. After graduating, he joined the mailroom at William Morris and became a partner following the 2009 merger with Endeavor. In 2015, he was named Global Co-Head of Music and has worked with renowned artists, including Billie Eilish, Adele, Arctic Monkeys, Neil Diamond, Steve Aoki, The Killers, and Amy Winehouse.
