LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A traveling fair in London has reportedly found a good way to send troublemaking teens packing. According to a report by Reuters, organizers for Carter's Steam Fair have taken to playing records by 66-year-old pop troubador Cliff Richard on their rides.
The music apparently drives the surly youth away in good order.
