Korean Idol Band Member Injured In Stage Fall


SEOUL, S. Korea (CelebrityAccess) — Jun.K, a member of the k-pop idol band 2PM was injured in a dangerous spill from a moving platform during a concert in Seoul on February 26th.

Following the fall, Jun.K whose real name is Kim Min-jun, was taken to the hospital, while the remaining four members of 2PM appeared on stage to somberly explain the situation to their fans.

In a statement released after the incident, his agency, JYP Entertainment, stated that Jun.K had suffered a fracture to right elbow and in the fourth finger on his right hand.

In a subsequent statment, JYP added at Jun.K had successfully undergone surgury to address to set bones in his fractured elbow and was currently being evaluated for reported pains in his chest and knee.

Jun.K is the main vocalist of 2PM and has also found success as a songwriter, producer and solo artist with three albums that hit the top ten on the Japanese Billboard charts. – Staff Writers
