(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Timothy Alan Griffith, manager of Liberty Hall in Lawrence, Kansas, passed away on November 10, 2005 at his home as a result heart failure. He was 50 years old.
Tim began working at the Liberty Hall in the early 1970’s, when it was called the Lawrence Opera House. He later became the manager and dedicated his life to it. He was responsible for operations and all employees in the video store, movie theater, and booking music and wedding venues.
A beloved family member and cherished friend by many, Tim became a fixture in the area, as he walked to and from work for the past 30 years. A dry, humorous wit and a love for conversations about current and political events matched his kind and caring dispositions.
