LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Live Nation has announced the promotion of four key executives within its North American Concerts division.
Kevin Morrow, a 13-year veteran of House of Blues, has been promoted to senior VP of club and theater programming. Morrow’s responsibilities will include coordinating and tracking business at the company’s House of Blues and Fillmore-branded venues.
Ben Weeden has been named senior VP of arena and amphitheater programming in the United States and Canada. Weeden joined Live Nation’s London office in 2000 as director of business, and was later promoted to director of European touring. Most recently, he served as VP of operations at the company’s Los Angeles headquarters.
Ryan McElrath has been promoted to VP of arena and amphitheater programming, where he will work with booking agents and managers to generate live business for Live Nation’s concerts division.
David Pennington has been named director of finance for national touring, and will serve as coordinator for all touring financial matters. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
