MAMA GroupTo Buy London Forum

LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The MAMA Group has announced that it has entered into a provisional agreement with Mean Fiddler to acquire the London Forum.

The deal, contingent upon an audit, is anticipated to be a cash transaction of 1,958,000. The directors of MAMA do not expect the results of the audit to materially alter the purchase price.

The London Forum, originally opened in 1934 was originally an art-deco theater. Purchased by Mean Fiddler in 1993, it was refurbished and renamed to the Forum. The space can accommodate 2,110 fans.

Adam Driscoll and Dean James, co-CEOs at MAMA commented "The Forum has a long historical association with live music, which is at the heart of our business. We are delighted to add such an iconic venue to our existing live music division and we look forward to working with the staff and customers of the Forum to ensure its long-term prosperity." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
