PARIS, France (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — MIDEM has announced the jury for their MIDEM Marketing Campaign Competition which will run during the MIDEM conference from January 28-31 in Cannes, France.
The Marketing Campaign Competition is designed to reward the most innovative and creative use of music/artist in a marketing campaign. The finalists in the event will be selected by an advertising industry trade journal Contagious Magazine and up to ten finalists will be invited to MIDEM to present in front of the jury.
The jury for the contest will consist of:
Nick Bailey, Executive Creative Director, AKQA Amsterdam (Netherlands)
Ryan Fitch, Music Producer, Saatchi & Saatchi (USA)
Steve Mullins, Content Director, brand-e.biz (UK)
Julie Nollet, International Communications Manager, Hennessy (France)
Olivier Robert-Murphy, Global Head of New Business, Universal Music Group (UK)
Each campaign will be judged on its force and creativity, the relevance of its concept, as well as its results compared to its objectives. Candidates are invited to submit more than one project providing that each campaign ran in 2011 and includes a strong musical dimension.
The winning campagin will be announced on January 30th and have the opportunity to present the campaign in front of the conference’s participants, in the Palais des Festival’s Debussy Auditorium. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
