(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Paul Setzer, a 24-year veteran of venue management and the entertainment industry, has been named event services manager at Racine Civic Center, which is managed by Compass Facility Management, Inc., in Ames, IA.
Setzer will be responsible for scheduling of all events, contract management and coordination of all events, group meetings and conventions. Because of his extensive production background he will also be the key contact for festivals and concert industry events.
Most recently Setzer was the director of event services at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, FL. He has also worked as a touring production manager for a number of national artists, as event services manager for the Wisconsin Center District in Milwaukee, and still serves as tour / production manager for Dennis DeYoung and the Music of Styx Symphony Tour.
