INDIANAPOLIS, IN (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Event ticketing behemoth Ticketmaster has pacted with Simon Property Group to place Ticketmaster retail outlets in Simon-operated malls across the United States. Simon is the nation's largest developer and manager of shopping centers. Simon regional malls, Mills properties and lifestyle centers will all participate in the program. Included in this list are such well-known shopping centers as Roosevelt Field and The Westchester in New York; Dadeland Mall, Sawgrass Mills and Town Center at Boca Raton in South Florida; and, Copley Place in Boston.
The tickets will be available at Simon's Gift Services booth at each shopping center and will allow patrons to purchase tickets but also allow events to be promoted via high-def video displays placed at likely places around the shopping center. Additional inducements will be offered in the form of special programs aimed at Simon shoppers.
