Young Dro Arrested Ahead Of Georgia Concert


BULLOCH COUNTY, Georgia (CelebrityAccess) — Rapper Young Dro is facing drug and weapon charges stemming from a pre-concert arrest at a southeast Georgia college.

According to the Associated Press, Bulloch County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dro, whose real name is D’Juan Montreal Hart on Sunday outside of the Performing Arts Center at Georgia Southern University where he was due to perform.

The 37-year-old Young Dro was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a weapon in a school safety zone and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, the AP said.

Three others were arrested on drug charges as well.

Dro, who hails from Atlanta, is best known for his hits Shoulder Lean with T.I. and FDB on T.I.'s Grand Hustle label. – Staff Writers
