FONTANA, California (CelebrityAccess) — The Hard Summer Music Festival returned to the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana over the weekend, with more than 156,000 EDM fans turning out for the two day music fest.

Headliners for the 2018 edition of the festival included Marshmello, “Goosebumps” MC Travis Scott, Zed Dead back to back with Jaus, Yellow Mustard, Louis The Child, and Flostradamus among others.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a total of eleven people were arrested for various charges, primarily for drug offenses – a surprisingly low number considering the number of attendees at the event.

The Sheriff’s Department also reported that twenty-three people were transported to local hospitals for various medical issues.

As well, on Sunday, emergency responders transported Andrew Cole Click, from Tracy, California, to an area hospital for emergency medical treatment. He was later pronounced dead. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.

On Tuesday, Festival Organizer Hard Events released a statement addressing the death.

“It is with great sadness that we have learned a festival attendee has passed away following HARD Summer this weekend. We extend our deepest sympathies to the individual’s loved ones, and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts. The health and safety of those who attend our events is HARD’s utmost priority, and we take every measure to create a safe and enjoyable environment. We have no further information at this time, but we encourage the community to come together, support each other, and always look out for one another in light of this tragedy.”
