(CelebrityAccess) – TIDAL announced this week that it has partnered with Samsung to launch a TV app.
The deal is Samsung’s second major streaming service partnership in less than two months. Back in August, the tech giant secured a deal with Spotify who signed on as the ‘go-to music service provider’ for Samsung products.
According to Music Business Worldwide, the Samsung TV TIDAL app is “just the beginning of the partnership,” and according to TIDAL, the app will prioritize the streaming service’s visual content making it available on the home screen of Samsung TVs.
TIDAL is also available on Android TV, Apple TV and Fire TV and is as being made compatible with Android Auto, Amazon Fire TV, Apple CarPlay and Sonos.
