NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — Promoter and marketing guru Marcie Allen announced that her company, MAC Presents, is celebrating the 15th anniversary of the company’s launch.
“One kitchen table and one cell phone the size of Grammy PLUS one gigantic dream to build memorable experiences for fans through the power of music. That is how MAC Presents began fifteen years ago this month in Nashville, Tennessee,” Allen wrote in a post to her social media.
Today, Mac Presents maintains offices in both Nashville and New York, and the company straddles multiple worlds, including music, gaming, and fashion.
“We do everything from brand partnerships and strategy work to social media, activations, experiential events, production and more,” she told Billboard in May.
Her recent achievements include helping Khalid build branding partnership with a raft of corporate sponsors including AT&T and Uber/Uber Eats, as well as clothing retailers Forever 21 and Hollister that included a branded clothing line and an anti-bullying campaign.
Allen also serves as an adjunct professor at New York University, a position she has held since 2013, helping to shape the next generation of marketing professionals.
“As one of the few female-owned businesses in the music industry, we are proud of our small but fierce team. We all agree that music can leave an indelible mark on lives. Many of our longest-standing memories revolve around music and the power it brings to the human experience. As we celebrate our 15 year anniversary and look back on everything we’ve accomplished, we want to thank everyone who has supported us (even the ones who have not),” she added.
