LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Irvine California-based esports organization Esportz Entertainment Corp. announced plans to build a new a state-of-the-art broadcast studio in Orange County to expand their current base of operations.
Orange County features what is possibly the largest aggregation of companies in the esports space in the U.S., with more than 400 firms, including giants such as Blizzard Entertainment and streaming platform Twitch, all maintaining offices in the region.
With the new broadcast facility, Esportz Entertainment plans to produce live and pre-recorded content, streamed through the most popular esports online channels daily, including YouTube, Twitch, Mixer, and others. The range of programming will include global esports event coverage, industry insiders’ top stories, talk shows with interviews of gamers, teams, creators, investors, industry executives, and reality shows.
The content will cover a variety of popular gaming titles, including League of Legends, Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Super Smash Bros.,
As well, news giant Reuters recently announced a strategic partnership with Esportz Network to offer gaming-focused text, audio, and video news packages as content for their 3,000 Reuters News Agency customers.
Esportz Network also provides media training for gamers, teams, and brands investing heavily in esports.
