LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Singer-songwriter Solange performed a ‘mini concert’ during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday night.
With help from backup singers, dancers and a band replete with a horn section, Solange performed a medley of several of her recent songs, opening with “Things I Imagined,” “Down With the Clique,” “Binz,” and “Almeda.”
The songs are all from her critically acclaimed fourth studio album “When I Get Home” which she released last March via Columbia.
Along with the album, Solange also developed an accompanying film of the same name which saw limited release in theaters earlier this year. The film, which includes contributions from director Alan Ferguson, filmmaker Terence Nance, visual artist Jacolby Satterwhite, and video director Ray Tintori, will be released as a director’s cut on digital streaming platforms this month.
