(CelebrityAccess) — Knitting Factory Entertainment (KFE) announced that its teaming up with film distributor Kino Lorber to curate the Knitting Factory Fall Festival, a mini-film fest.

The festival, which started on October 9th and is running through November 8th, will feature five films, including documentaries on musical artists Levon Helm, Grace Jones, and Gordon Lightfoot.

The slate of films also includes the award-winning 1982 western “Grey Fox” detailing the life of stagecoach and bank robber Bill Miner, and “Sonia the White Swan,” a biographical drama about figure skating legend Sonja Henie.

“We’re living in a new world,” said KFE president/CEO Morgan Margolis. “To be able to continue providing entertainment to the public while supporting independent artists, we’re all going to have to be creative thinkers and Kino Lorber is providing a great platform for our new entertainment landscape.”

The films, which are available for the next 30 days, are available digitally as one-week rentals for $8 a week, or all five can be viewed at any point during the 30 day period with a $20 pass.
