NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess) – Platinum-selling singer Darryl Worley is hosting a Christmas special on his hit podcast with co-host Travis McLeese. The holiday episode of Sounds Like Nashville with Darryl Worley will feature country artist Cledus T. Judd and goes live on Sunday, December 23, at 7:00 p.m. EST.
Due to popular demand and more than 4.5 million views on Facebook Reels alone, next year’s season of the series is set to run each week starting on January 7. Previous guest artists include singers Rhonda Vincent, T. Graham Brown, RaeLynn and Chris Wallin.
“We are all excited about our live Christmas podcast,” says Worley. “I’ve never done this and didn’t even know that you could, but we are going to turn it on. I hope you can all tune in for our Christmas special event. We are having a blast with the Sounds Like Life podcast, and I wouldn’t want you to miss our first live broadcast. The good Lord only knows what might go out there without editing.”
In the first four months of production, Sounds Like Life with Darryl Worley welcomed nearly 15 celebrity guests and has filmed backstage at the Grand Ole Opry, as well as the Republican National Convention, Discovery Park of America, Bumpus Harley Davidson, Total Tech Solutions, RCA Studio B on Music Row and Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium. The series is available on Apple, Spotify, iHeart, YouTube and other podcast platforms.
Additionally, Worley is a featured guest on country star Andy Griggs’ new Christmas song, “Santa Looks A Lot Like Daddy,” a classic Buck Owens holiday tune. The song is available for download and streaming now via Griggs’ label, BlueSpire Music.
