LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Aretha Franklin has canceled a concert appearance in Las Vegas, citing exhaustion.
Franklin was set to play at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on August 14th, but pulled out of the show citing exhaustion related to a long bus ride from her home in Detroit to California, where she performed three concerts in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Oakland.
"I thank all of my fans, friends and supporters who bought tickets and hope to see you all soon,” Ms. Franklin said in a press statement. "I extend my sincerest regrets."
Franklin currently has no other publically announced tour dates on the books. – Staff Writers
