(CelebrityAccess News Service) — The Mendip District Council Regulatory Board has awarded a public entertainment license to hold Glastonbury Festival 2004 for three days on June 25-27, 2004. As the decision was only made on November 26, it will be some weeks before all the license conditions are finalised and detailed information is available.
