LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Veteran music agent Troy Lusk has signed on with the Contemporary division of APA’s Concerts department, the company announced on Friday.

Lusk had previously spent four years at Circle Talent, but, according to Billboard, left the company before its EDM division was acquired in a surprise move by United Talent Agency.

While at Circle, Lusk represented a punk-rock heavy client roster that included surf-punk group The Frights, who are booked for the Shaky Knees Music Festival later this year; The Garden, a punk group composed of twin brothers who are currently on tour, and Hot Flash Heat Wave, a vaporwave-infused San-Fran quartet.

His roster also includes Hunny, Hockey Dad, No Vacation, Made Violent, and Cold Fronts, who have all made the jump to APA with Lusk.

A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, where he earned his B.A. in Communications, Tourism and Entertainment Studies, Lusk toiled for five years as a tour manager for the pop-punk outfit Every Avenue.
